We are seeking outgoing and motivated individuals who are passionate about travel to join our team as Travel Booking Agents. In this role, you will help clients plan unforgettable vacations and business trips by coordinating all aspects of their travel—including flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, theme park tickets, event passes, and more.
The goal is to deliver personalized, anticipatory service that makes every client’s travel experience smooth, stress-free, and memorable.
Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States, Antigua and Barbuda, Argentina, Aruba, Australia, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Bolivia, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Germany, Grenada, Guatemala, Honduras, Ireland, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, United Kingdom, and Uruguay.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (sales experience a plus)
Internet access required; computer recommended but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Passion for travel—personal travel experience a plus but not required
Customer service or hospitality background a plus but not required
Research, design, and book customized itineraries for clients
Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, budget, and preferences
Provide budget recommendations and trip options tailored to each client
Stay up to date on travel industry trends, vendor promotions, and destination training
Attend ongoing webinars and complete certifications to enhance expertise
Create and share promotional content to market travel services
Respond promptly to travel inquiries and provide excellent customer service before, during, and after trips
Handle booking logistics including flights, accommodations, car rentals, cruises, and tickets
Monitor travel restrictions and communicate important updates to clients
Maintain client records and booking details in company software
Collaborate with team members and suppliers to expand service offerings
Participate in familiarization (FAM) trips when available to gain firsthand destination knowledge
